About Rachelle
Rachelle has worked in the Realestate/Property Management industry for the past 25 years. After working alongside her mother in law for a number of year Rachelle branched out in 2012 commencing her own business “Semmens Property Management”. Growing the family business over the past 9 years she has established a solid portfolio with a professional, passionate and supportive team.
Growing up in a family run business in the country, Rachelle has the drive and determination needed to achieve success. Combining this with her can do attitude Rachelle strives to provide the best possible service to landlord and tenant alike.
When not at work Rachelle enjoys the gym, bike riding, walking the dogs and spending time with family and friends.

About Andrew
Andrew comes from a managerial background servicing and maintaining BHP’s fleet of underground light vehicles at Olympic Dam Mine. He considers his hard working and honest work ethics as his strong points.
Andrew’s experience, attention to detail and determined nature stands him in good stead when dealing with property maintenance issues.
Andrew joined Rachelle in their family-owned Adelaide business in 2015 and has not looked back. Property management has been in his family for many years and is in his blood.
Outside of work Andrew can be found cheering on his favourite AFL team Carlton, hitting the gym, and going out with friends and family.
